We do not ignore e-mails. If you e-mail us and do not hear back within 48 hours, it is likely because:

1. Our reply is in your e-mail's spam folder (most likely)
2. Our reply was silently blocked by your e-mail provider (less likely, but has been known to occur)
If you think this is happening then trying contacting us from the forums or sign up for a free G-Mail or Yahoo account and try again

Note: E-mails to users using @btinternet.net (UK), @icloud.com (Global), @nate.com (Korea), @mac.com (Global), @sina.com (China) and @sohu.com (China) are often blocked due to censorship at these providers. Even if you e-mail us first, our replies to you will be blocked. (And you won't receive any notification this has happened.)

Payment Issues

Payment Rejected by Verotel

If you attempted to purchase the Gold Edition and your payment was rejected by Verotel, it is likely due to one of four reasons:

1. Your Card Issuer Blocked The Transaction
This is by far the most common reason. Sometimes card issuers block transactions they erroneously deem unusual or suspicious. This can almost always be resolved by contacting your card issuer.

2. Unsupported Card Type
Verotel accepts the following card types: Visa and MasterCard
American Express, Discover, and UnionPay cards are not currently supported.

3. Unregistered Gift Card
If you are using a prepaid gift card (such as a Vanilla Visa), these cards must be registered online with a U.S. postal code before they can be used for online purchases. Visit the gift card issuer's website for details.

4. Using an @protonmail.com e-mail address

Verotel will automatically reject any purchase attempt that lists an @protonmail.com e-mail address. Many adult payment processors will not process transactions with @protonmail.com e-mail addresses due to associations with fraud and cyber crime.

Account Issues

Can't Login to Download

If you've just purchased the Gold Edition, received your credentials and now can't login for the first time to download the games, you are most likely entering in your username and/or password incorrectly. Check your confirmation e-mail from Verotel to verify your exact username and password.

Note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
That is there is a difference between an "T" and a "t" when entering in your username and password.

Can Login; But Can't Download

99.9% of the time this is caused by using an outdated and/or incompatible internet browser.
We recommend using an up to date version of Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

Due to incompatibilities in the authentication system our website uses, most internet browsers made in China (UC, 360, QQ, etc) will not work. Chinese players should use one of the above browsers.
